To access your eligibility and facilitate faster disbursement of your loan, we need permission to access your location, phone status, calendar, camera, but we do not have access to contact list permissions.

To create a personal account on our platform, we need to verify your identity, get in touch with you, and manage the loan application. Therefore, we need to collect your phone number. We will only transmit your phone number to our servers securely after obtaining your explicit consent. ·     Location

We will collect your location information after you give permission to get it. Your location information will affect your credit evaluation result and we may use GPS technology OR other location services to determine your current location. This information will be highly encrypted and uploaded to our server https://api.tzcash.cc.

·     Phone status

We need to access to your phone status permission, that can help us obtain the IMEI of your mobile phone for fraud prediction when providing financial services. We can ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds. This information will be encrypted and transmitted to our server https://api.tzcash.cc.

·     Calendar

Allows to edit, add activities to follow and reminders for repayment dates. To get the activity reminder service, you are reminded to participate in the activity. When the payment cycle starts, you will be reminded to pay. This information will be encrypted and transmitted to our server https://api.tzcash.cc.

·     Camera

In order to verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with our "know your customer" obligations under applicable anti-money laundering laws, We will ask for the image of your ID and selfie. The photos are encrypted and transmitted to our servers at https://api.tzcash.cc. We will not share your information with any other 3rd parties.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

·     With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, for payment processing, to contact You.

Once deleted, you cannot obtain the corresponding loan amount based on your historical credit records, and you will become a new user of our platform.
